To report illegal activities involving tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or nicotine products at a Utah retail location, use the link below.

Violations can include, but are not limited to:

  • Underage sale or distribution of products.
  • Sales of flavored electronic cigarette products at general retailers (e.g., grocery stores, gas stations).

    • Reduce youth access to nicotine products through criminal investigations
    • Ensure retailer and distribution compliance with state laws
    • Deter illicit nicotine product sales and distribution
    • Focus criminal investigations for criminal prosecution
